Novera Homes and Dan Ladouceur were recommended by a family member who had purchased a new home built by Novera Homes. Because of this recommendation we asked Dan to do a total renovation of an older condominium that we had just purchased. It had to be a total ‘gut job’ and took just over two and a half months from start to finish. Dan and his employees worked very closely with us and allowed us to make changes along the way as required and gave excellent advice on the best way to achieve what we wanted.
The work was completed within the time promised which saved us from storage and accommodation costs. The work that was done was of high quality and all of the contractors who came to do various aspects of the renovation did a very professional job.
We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Novera Homes to anyone looking to have renovations done.
